(1) Software Engineer
Salary
CAD $90,000 – $130,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain the company’s predictive maintenance platform.
- Develop scalable software applications, APIs, and backend services.
- Integrate industrial IoT devices and cloud-based monitoring systems.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Implement secure authentication and data protection measures.
- Perform software testing, debugging, and code reviews.
- Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and product teams.
- Prepare technical documentation and software development records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of software development experience.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, or similar programming languages.
- Experience with cloud platforms, databases, APIs, and version control systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

(2) Software Developer & Tester
Salary
CAD $80,000 – $115,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated software testing programs.
- Develop test cases, testing frameworks, and quality assurance procedures.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
- Identify software defects and work with development teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain software quality documentation and testing records.
- Support continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
- Evaluate software reliability, security, and performance.
- Recommend improvements to software quality and testing strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of software development or software testing experience.

- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions.
- Build scalable machine learning pipelines for predictive maintenance applications.
- Develop data processing workflows and model deployment strategies.
- Integrate AI models into cloud-based production environments.
- Monitor model performance, accuracy, and reliability.
- Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications
